What we’ve paid lately
Malicious Damage by a tenant causing damage to walls, floors, light fittings, air-conditioning and kitchen equipment. This resulted in the need to complete repairs, repainting and replacement of items. In addition, the tenant filed to pay rent which was covered by the policy.

Tips for a smoother claim
We often work with your managing real estate agent to collect the documents needed to have your claim paid in full. The most common claims we see are for Malicious Damage caused by a tenant and Rent Default where the tenant stops paying rent. The documents we’ll usually collect are:
